Basic floor plans can include as much or as little detail as required. This one shows walls windows, doors, furniture and outside egress only. This drawing was used to create the custom office space this client needed within the building’s empty shell.

This 3D solid model is of a proposed wine cellar and actually consists of roughly 1500 smaller solid models laid out over a map of the floor. It served many purposes… the owner could envision the room before it existed (and make appropriate revisions during the design stage), and it could be used to calculate how much wood would be needed to build out all the carpentry. The individual component models were also used to generate shop drawings for the woodworking.

The drawing can be rotated to any angle, providing a view of the room from any perspective.
